Job Description

Immediate need for a Landscape Drafter in Roswell, GA for projects relating to subdivision entrance developments, commercial and high rises.

Pay Rate: $26/hr - $34/hr

Job Details:
  • Working with the project architect in the design and development of project construction plans
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and project deadlines
  • Effectively communicating and interacting with clients and project team disciplines
  • Building on knowledge of general design concepts including site analysis, site design, planting principles, schematic and design development.
  • Collaborative attitude and passion for the profession
  • Project management,
  • Taking projects 2d design into 3d perspective design
Required:
  • 2+ years in professional practice
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD. 
  • Strong technical/construction document skills
  • Effective graphic / hand drawing / rendering skills
  • Strong technical/ construction documentation skills
  • Sound horticultural knowledge
Preferred:
  • LandFX
  • Photoshop, Sketchup, and other graphic programs
