Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape design and master planning, with experience in both private and public projects. The Landscape Architect will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, including site layout, grading, and plan renderings. Additionally, the candidate will be proficient in project management and have excellent CAD design skills using software such as InDesign, AutoCAD (Civil 3D), Lumion, and Photoshop. The role will involve preparing bid documents and submittal documents, as well as delivering public presentations of projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in landscape design and master planning.
  • Strong CAD design skills, including proficiency in InDesign, AutoCAD (Civil 3D), Lumion, and Photoshop.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to deliver public presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge and experience in parks and greenway projects.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
  • Experience with GIS (ArcView) is beneficial but not required.

  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range:
  • $100,000 to $120,000
