Selectek's client, a prominent civil engineering firm in Greenville, SC, is seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in a wide range of private and public projects, with expertise in landscape design, master planning, project management, and CAD design.
Required Qualifications:
  • Landscape design and master planning experience.
  • Ability to deliver public presentations of projects.
  • Proficiency in site layout, grading, and plan renderings.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD design software, including InDesign, AutoCAD (Civil 3D), Lumion, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in the preparation of bid documents and submittal documents.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in sustainable design practices.
  • Familiarity with GIS software (ArcView), beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to develop landscape design and master planning concepts.
  • Prepare and deliver public presentations of projects to stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop site layout, grading plans, and plan renderings.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize CAD design software to create detailed drawings and renderings.
  • Prepare bid documents and submittal documents for project procurement.
  • Implement sustainable design practices into project designs, where applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, as needed.
Salary Range:
  • $100,000- $120,000
Shift and Hours:
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 AM- 5 PM
