Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Land Survey Project Manager for a fully on-site role in Marietta, GA (30066). This is a long-term opportunity to lead a variety of residential and commercial survey projects with a tight-knit, highly respected team.

Pay: $36–$41/HR (6-month TTD, direct hire potential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–5 (flex start 7:30–9:00 AM)
Location: On-site only – collaboration is key

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and review boundary, ALTA, topographic, and construction surveys

  • Coordinate field crews and analyze data

  • Develop staking plans and maintain quality control of all survey deliverables

  • Support ongoing team development and technical excellence

Required:

  • GA PLS or LSIT with ability to obtain PLS

  • 8+ years of relevant experience (or degree with 2+ years)

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, SurvNet, TerraModel

  • Familiarity with Leica total stations, GPS, FARO 3D scanning
