Job Description

A Junior Recruiter to support a leading provider in the engineering, infrastructure, and technology services industry. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of recruiting experience, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and support high-volume technical and field hiring efforts.

Required:
  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Experience recruiting for telecom, data center, or other technical positions is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with recruiting leads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical, engineering, and field positions.
  • Leverage various sourcing tools and platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide updates on recruiting activity, pipelines, and metrics as needed.
Pay Rate:  $35/hr.
