Location: Alexandria/Springfield, VA (22312)

Seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team. Ideal candidates are recent graduates from an accredited university, or EITs with 2-4 years of experience looking to advance their careers in structural building design.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design structural systems for various building materials.
  • Participate in field surveys and document existing conditions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with architects and other engineers.
  • Prepare detailed drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Review construction submittals and participate in site observations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (BSCE) with a concentration in Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • EIT certification and/or relevant structural building design experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and current structural design software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred:
  • Master’s degree and experience with Bluebeam.

Pay: ~ $32--$37/hr (~ $65k--$75k/yr)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
flexible schedule; WFH 1 day/week after ~ 90 days
