Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Jr Mechanical Engineer to begin working with a great client of ours in Louisville, KY immediately. This candidate will be responsible for designing replacement parts for rotary dryer, kilns, grinder mills, and other machine parts.   

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • 1-2 years of mechanical engineering experience
  • Proficiency with Inventor or SolidWorks
  • Strong mathematical abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Experience with statics and dynamics
  • Experience with materials sciences
  • Experience with thermodynamics and heat transfer
  • Machine Design experience is a plus

Pay Rate: $26/hr - $28/hr
Term: 6 months contract to hire
Location:  Louisville, KY 40243
