Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000/year

We are seeking a skilled Job Captain/Project Manager to coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and efficiency while fostering a collaborative team environment. This role involves direct interaction with clients, guiding projects from concept through completion, and maintaining high standards of communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and staffing to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Lead design development and produce accurate contract documents.
  • Conduct zoning research, manage construction walk-throughs, and oversee project staff.
  • Maintain project records and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and consultants to deliver outstanding results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of project assistance experience or 5-10 years of end-to-end project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with single-family housing design highly desired.
