Job Description

Job Captain being sought after in Greenville, SC for Architectural firm.

Rate: $24.04hr – $31.25hr

Job Details:
  • Responsible for the production of projects and reports to a project manager.
  • Produce construction documents while delegating appropriate tasks to technicians.
  • Responsible for coordination and scheduling with consultants and municipalities for permit issuance.
  • Responsible for assembling and shipping any required materials 
  • Responsible for correcting PM redlines while reviewing and redlining drawings for technicians. 
Required:
  • Manages the Production drawing of projects
  • Produces Construction Drawing of retail and commercial projects
  • Works closely with the project managers
  • Delegates redlines corrections to drafters
  • Responsible for coordination and scheduling with clients and municipalities for permits
Preferred:
  • 3+ years of experience in Architectural Design
  • Autocad experience
