Selectek is looking for a Job Captain – Architectural in the Greenville, SC Area.

Required:
  • Manage the production drawing of projects
  • Produce construction drawings of retail and commercial projects
  • Work closely with the project managers
  • Delegate redlines corrections to drafters
  • Responsible for coordination and scheduling with clients and municipalities for permits
Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience in Architectural Design
  • AutoCAD experience
Job order details:
This person will be responsible for the production of projects and reports to the project manager. They will produce construction documents while delegating appropriate tasks to technicians. They will coordinate and schedule with consultants and municipalities for permit issuances. The Job Captain will be responsible for assembling and shipping any required materials (including forms, applications & supplementary information) to clients.  
Sponsorship: No
Pay range: $24.04/hour - $31.25/hour ($50,000 -$65,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment: 4.5 months/720 hours temp to perm
Hours and shift: 8AM - 5:30PM with 30 minute lunch on Monday – Thursday and off half day on Friday
Work from home/remote:  No
Overtime expected: Occasional
Travel: none
Work attire: Business Casual
