Originally hailing from South Alabama, Brian attended the University of Alabama, where he studied Anthropology and Geology. After graduation, he pursued careers in the hospitality and home remodeling industries before finding his way into the talent acquisition world in 2018. He spent the first six years of his recruiting career working in the consumer technology and digital marketing industries before joining Selectek in 2024. Throughout his talent acquisition career, Brian has developed a knack for connecting with both candidates and hiring managers and has a passion for creating a top-notch candidate experience. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family (both human and animal), cooking, reading, and playing tabletop games like Dungeons and Dragons.
