Selectek has an exciting opportunity for a System Administrator with a strong focus on Intune Administration with Microsoft 365. The firm just went through a migration from an on-premise platform to 365. The Intune Administrator role will provide support in areas that range from hybrid join, conditional access, enrollment, policies, and endpoint support, management, and protection.
The role will require candidates are well versed with Intune as well as related technologies that Intue integrates with such as Azure, Entra, MS Defender and others. A background as an Intune Administrator or Endpoint manager is idea that has a background managing endpoints. In addition software deployment with Intune along with O365 applications (TEAMS etc) support would also be helpful in this role.

Duties will include:
AD Group Management
     Synchs every 30 min
     Add/Remove members to the appropriate license groups.

Hybrid join
     Check status, UPN, other settings where applicable to make sure join is successful

Intune Enrollment
     Add members to groups
     Support workstation enrollment
     Support mobile device (BYOD) enrollment
     Conditional Access
     Assist users with client compliance issues.

Outlook Items
Help users save current Outlook items before new profile for O365
          Calendar permissions
          Folder permissions
          Rules
         Tags/Labels
     Help users setting up the new profile
     Help Users assign certificates in the O365 profile
Mail Relay transition
     Help users with O365 settings for system notifications

MS Teams
     Help user create Teams and add members.
     Other MS Teams tasks that will help transitioning from Webex

Required:
  • 5 plus years’ experience as an Intune administrator or endpoint manager
  • Understanding and experience working with Intune and how it integrates with other technologies like Azure, Entra, MS Defender and others
