Position Overview:

Selectek is seeking a skilled Intune Administrator to join a technical team responsible for managing and supporting endpoint compliance and device management in a Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune and resolving compliance issues within a large user base.

This role will focus on hybrid join, device enrollment, conditional access, software deployment, and collaboration with related technologies such as Azure, Entra, and Microsoft Defender. The successful candidate will be expected to provide both immediate support for post-migration compliance issues and long-term strategic input for system health and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for over 2,000 users.

  • Provide technical support for hybrid join, conditional access, and device enrollment (workstations and mobile devices).

  • Monitor and resolve device compliance issues, including performing root cause analysis.

  • Coordinate Azure AD group management and license group assignments.

  • Assist users with mail relay transitions, profile configuration, and certificate assignments in Microsoft 365.

  • Support Microsoft Teams deployment and user guidance, particularly in transitioning from Webex.

  • Oversee software deployments and configuration management using Intune.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy adherence.

  • Maintain updated documentation on Intune configurations, compliance strategies, and incident resolutions.
Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as an Intune Administrator or Endpoint Manager.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Intune and its integration with:

    • Azure Active Directory

    • Entra ID

    • Microsoft Defender

  • Experience troubleshooting compliance issues in Microsoft 365 environments.

  • Proven knowledge of device management best practices and conditional access policies.

  • Familiarity with Office 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
Preferred Skills:

  • Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities related to compliance errors and application access.

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, post-migration environment.

  • Excellent communication and end-user support skills.
Additional Information:

  • This role is onsite initially; occasional work-from-home flexibility may be offered after the initial onboarding period.

  • Background check (no time limitation) and 10-panel drug screening are required.

  • Business casual dress environment.

  • No COVID-19 vaccination required.

  • Minimal overtime may be expected.

  • No travel required.

Job Title: Intune Administrator – Endpoint Management & Compliance
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite – 30339)
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8-hour shifts | Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen (no sponsorship available)
