Selectek is partnering with a firm based in Alpharetta, GA to hire an Interior Designer on a contract-to-permanent hire basis.Â

Location: Alpharetta, GA
Expected Pay Range: $26- $37/hour before direct placement conversion
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. Â
Job Description
•   Develop and produce detailed construction documents in Revit for commercial, retail, and educational projectsÂ
•   Translate design intent into complete, accurate, and coordinated drawing setsÂ
•   Prepare floor plans, RCPs, interior elevations, details, finish plans, millwork drawings, and schedulesÂ
•   Coordinate interior scope with architectural, MEP, structural, and consultant drawingsÂ
•   Assist with space planning, finish selections, and material documentationÂ
•   Review drawings for accuracy, code compliance, and constructabilityÂ
•   Support submittal reviews, RFIs, and construction administration effortsÂ
•   Participate in internal coordination meetings and client work sessions as neededÂ

In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Required:
•   Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related fieldÂ
•   3+ years of professional experience in commercial interior design productionÂ
•   Advanced proficiency in Revit (required)Â
•   Strong knowledge of construction documentation standardsÂ
•   Experience with commercial, retail, and/or educational projects preferredÂ
