Job Description

 Selectek is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to work with a client based in Newnan, GA. Candidates will work with Sales Support and Outside Sales Teams to configure products to fit customer specifications.

Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Expected Pay Range: $24-$27 per hour, based on experience and education, before conversion. 
Location: Newnan, GA

Job Duties:
  • Work with Sales Support and Outside Sales Teams to configure products to fit customer specifications.
  • Research materials needed for customer projects and design build requirements.
  • Make modifications to in-stock filtration units, to meet build requirements.
  • Provide excellent service and technical support by researching what replacement parts are needed to resolve issues, both mechanical and electrical, for our customers.
  • Manage and maintain our rental fleet of filtration systems.
  • Collaborate with customers and freight carriers to prepare shipping documents for special projects and international shipments.
  • Receive incoming shipments and ensure accurate documentation of all products.
  • Backup to Warehouse Manager when needed: Prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, always adhering to safety standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 2 years' experience in a technical role
  • Strong relationship / communication skills both oral and written
  • Mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Working knowledge of 365 and Adobe.  CRM, ERP, and Shipping Platforms a plus
  • Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure, and manage tight deadlines
