Location: North Charleston, SC
Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00/hour

Join a growing IT team as a Helpdesk Support Technician with a focus on PC builds and device upgrades from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role offers a one-year contract with potential for a temp-to-direct opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and configure Windows 11 computers following detailed guidelines.
  • Assist users with file transfers, certificate installation, and software setup.
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories.
  • Sanitize returned computers and update systems in Active Directory.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to end-users, recording activities in the IT helpdesk.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and escalate issues when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Formal IT education (degree or certification).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • U.S. citizenship required (no security clearance needed).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM (onsite only).
