Job Description

We are seeking a well rounded Architect who can lead and execute architectural projects from concept through construction. This role requires a hands on professional who is equally comfortable managing client relationships, coordinating consultants, and producing high-quality Revit documentation. Healthcare project experience is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of owning projects end-to-end while maintaining design integrity, technical excellence, and schedule adherence.

Role Overview

Project Leadership & Management
  • Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal team members
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure successful delivery
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, civil, etc.)
  • Oversee permitting and regulatory approval processes
Design & Technical Execution
  • Develop design concepts and carry them through all project phases
  • Prepare and oversee production of construction documents using Revit
  • Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project goals
  • Maintain quality control standards across all deliverables
  • Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals during construction
Revit Production
  • Independently produce architectural drawings and models in Revit
  • Maintain organized and efficient BIM workflows
  • Contribute to Revit standards, templates, and best practices within the firm
  • Support visualization and documentation efforts through BIM modeling
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect
  • Revit Proficiency
  • 15 plus years of experience working with commercial style projects
Preferred:
  • Healthcare project experience (hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings)
