Location: Greenville, SC

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical projects from start to finish, with project sizes ranging from $1 million to $5 million and up. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks effectively.
  • Manage project risk, identify potential issues, and implement effective problem-solving strategies.
  • Ensure that projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Communicate with clients, providing regular progress updates, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HVAC Project Management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Compensation:
  • Pay range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
