Job Description

We are looking for an HVAC Project Manager to start working with a client of ours in the Piedmont, SC area as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical projects from start to finish. The project size range is from 1 million to 5 million and up.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 year experience with HVAC Project Management
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with your team to ensure that they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks.
  • Manage project risk, identifying potential issues and problem-solving
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $90K - $115K
Term: Direct Hire
