Multiple Remote Opportunities
Pay Range-$45-$50/hr

A HVAC Design Technician with expertise in mechanical system design for semiconductor or high-tech facilities. This role requires strong HVAC knowledge, advanced Revit and AutoCAD modeling experience, and the ability to independently develop and coordinate detailed design deliverables while collaborating across disciplines.

Required:
  • Associates degree in Computer Drafting & design, similar course, or related work experience
  • Experience in building mechanical design systems in semiconductor or related high-tech facilities
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
  • Extensive modeling & drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD (or other programs as necessary)
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant codes & standards
  • Navisworks expertise in model review
  • Deep knowledge of HVAC and related mechanical systems
