Job Description

Selectek has a client located in the Fort Worth area that has an immediate need for an HR Coordinator.

Required:  
  • 2+ years of experience in an Admin or related role 
  • Experience with Word and Excel   
  • General Admin or HR experience 
Preferred: 
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish Speaking)  
  • Experience with PowerPoint   
  • Experience with Paycom software 
Job order details:  
This position is supporting the HR manager in the Fort Worth office. 
  • Managing temp time sheets for labor employees 
  • Assisting with the Attendance System 
  • Assisting with the Point Report  
  • Filing and paperwork 
  • Assisting with Payroll  
  • Working with the Paycom system 
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Sponsorship: No 
Pay range: $17/hour - $20/hour ($35,000 - $42,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment:  6 months contract to hire 
Pay method when direct:  Hourly 
Hours and shift: Monday - Friday,  7AM – 4PM or 8AM – 5PM 
Work from home/remote:  No 
Overtime expected:  No 
Travel:  No  
Work attire: Business Casual
