Our client is an Engineering firm that primarily supports the Utility industry and has a need for a GIS Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone out of school or with limited experience to learn their processes and join a team with room for growth.
The GIS Technician will be tasked with working with the Engineering department to understand what changes to the physical maps need to be made in order for them to be released to the construction crews to rebuild power lines and other similar work
Work will be conducted in a variety of ESRI packages and AutoCAD. The primary software used is ArcMap.
Pay: $21.00 to $23.00

- Bachelor of Science in Geography or Geo Spatial Science highly preferred
