Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a GIS Technician. 

Summary:
 
  • A GIS Technician responsible for managing data collected from the field for telecom projects. Collecting data from new customers in order to customize and run reports, build and create maps as needed.
Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex spatial problems quickly and efficiently using ArcGIS and ArcMap.
  • Assist in developing innovative and efficient workflows.
  • Support GIS projects and communicate project progression effectively to team members.
  • Perform data analysis to ensure data quality (quality assurance and quality control).
  • Enforce the integrity and accuracy of the data.
  • Publish map, feature, and geodata services.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with ArcGIS
  • Prior experience with ArcMap
  • 1-3 years' experience as a GIS Analyst or similar role
Pay Range:
  • $20 – 22/hr, depending on experience
