Job Description

Location: Ball Ground, GA (30107)
Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour

Join a growing telecom team as a GIS Technician managing field data for telecom projects. You’ll collect and analyze data, create customized reports, and produce detailed maps using ArcGIS and ArcMap. This role is ideal for tech-savvy professionals passionate about solving spatial challenges and ensuring data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve complex spatial problems efficiently using ArcGIS and ArcMap.
  • Develop and refine workflows for GIS projects.
  • Perform data analysis, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Publish maps, feature layers, and geodata services.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to team members.
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience as a GIS Analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on expertise with ArcGIS and ArcMap.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
Schedule & Details:
  • Hours: Flexible start time, standard Monday–Friday schedule (open to 4x10s for those farther from the office).
  • Work Location: Fully on-site in Ball Ground, GA.
  • Perks: Minimal overtime; 6-month temp-to-direct opportunity.
