Job Description
Selectek has an immediate opportunity for a GIS Analyst in the Kansas City, KS area. In this role, you will be a part of a growing telecommunications firm ensuring the database and fiber optic network design is performed accurately.
Duties & Description:
Pay and Wages: $24 - $31/hr depending on skills and experience

Duties & Description:
- Ensure database related to network designs is accurate and complete and represents the client needs/expectations
- Update as-built information into design software and/or client database to ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Conduct research to find GIS information related to road types/addresses/utility information/etc. for the engineering teams to perform fiber optic network designs and/or permitting
- Any and all duties related to GIS activities that may be required for projects
- Bachelor’s Degree focused on GIS discipline
- 1+ year as an Analyst for the telecom industry
- Proficiency with ESRI products (QGIS, ArcGIS, AGOL, ArcMap, ArcCollector, ArcPro, or other relevant GIS based software)
