We have a great career opportunity for a GIS Analyst working for a telecom design-build consulting company at their Kansas City area location.
The GIS Analyst Responsibilities Include:

We have a great career opportunity for a GIS Analyst working for a telecom design-build consulting company at their Kansas City area location.
The GIS Analyst Responsibilities Include:
- Overall, create, design, manage, and support GIS work for a variety of telecom design-build projects
- Ensure the database and telecom systems design is performed accurately
- Support GIS project work and activities
- Ensure network design database is accurate, complete, and meets customer requirements and specifications.
- Update as-built drawings and manage documentation, information, and client databases to ensure project deliverable completion
- Conduct research to find road, address, and utility GIS information related to /etc. for the engineering teams to perform fiber optic network designs and/or permitting
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- B.S. Degree
- Working knowledge and proficiency with ESRI tools - ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcPro, etc.
- 1+ years of telecom design-build project GIS design, documentation management, and GIS support experience
Pay Rate: Depending on Education, Skills, and Experience

For fifteen years, he worked in television news broadcast engineering where he worked his way into technical project management until a layoff. After a few years operating a small business franchise, he found his way into an engineering and technical recruiting career where he could apply his technical and customer service backgrounds in a new industry for the next fifteen plus years to present day. His education and work experience as a technical project manager provides him unique insight into a variety of roles and success in finding great candidates for his clients. His career in technology, technical management, and technical staffing spans 25+ years.

John lives in North Metro Atlanta where he spends his time with his wife and daughter. They enjoy kayaking on area lakes, hiking, bicycling, and all things pets and animals.
