Job Description
Are you looking for a great opportunity to break into the I.T. Field? Our customer is looking for a junior level IT Support Technician. The bulk of responsibilities relate to support issues arising from a team of Drafters, Designers and Engineers. Issues range from basic desktop problems to software troubleshooting, with an emphasis on Autodesk / AutoCAD. The role will include troubleshooting AV equipment in the conference rooms (projectors, sound systems, televisions, etc.). The individual in this role must be able to resolve technical issues to ensure their customers complete projects in a timely fashion. Individual must be versatile, flexible, level-headed, calm, and able to help customers on a variety of technical issues on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:
- Support of internal customer interactions and business processes
- Design Tool Support (Autodesk Tools, Bluebeam, Spatial Business Systems, engineering analysis / design software, internally developed software, etc.)
- Design Hardware support – (workstations, mobile devices, plotters, printers, physical/virtual desktops for contract firms, etc.)
- 50% complete or fully completed with a 2 year or 4-year degree.
- IT support training in school or post graduate experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting Autodesk/AutoCAD
- AutoCAD Training or Certification Strongly Preferred
