Field Project Engineer – Midtown Atlanta, GA

Join a fast-growing construction firm in Midtown Atlanta as a Field Project Engineer and play a key role in an exciting high-rise expansion project. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term career growth potential, working alongside industry leaders.

Position Highlights:
  • Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA (On-site)
  • Salary: Open for the right candidate
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (as needed)
  • Travel: To job sites as required
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead surveying and layout for a 21-story high-rise expansion.
  • Establish control points and accurately document as-built drawings.
  • Utilize Revit to overlay field data on blueprints for construction coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and subcontractors to ensure precision and alignment.
  • Use Excel and other construction tech tools for data tracking and reporting.
  • Solve on-site challenges proactively while maintaining a high-performance mindset.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of surveying and field engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in layout, control points, and building markers.
  • Familiarity with Revit (overlaying field data on plans).
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and eager for career advancement.
