Location: Atlanta, GA

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for construction and a desire to grow your career in the field?
We are seeking a Field Project Engineer to join our team on an exciting high-rise expansion project. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of construction, from initial layout to project completion.

About the Role:
  • Surveying & Layout: Lead the layout process for pilings, building footprints, and building additions. Conduct and verify building layout to ensure proper alignment and accuracy.
  • As-Built Documentation: Accurately document as-built layouts to track construction progress and ensure accurate project records.
  • Revit & Technology: Utilize Revit to overlay field data on blueprints and assist with construction coordination. Proficiently use Excel and other construction technology tools for data tracking and reporting.
  • Project Support: Work closely with the project team, including subcontractors, to ensure smooth and efficient construction execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Actively contribute to on-site problem-solving, focusing on solutions and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced Professional: You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in surveying and field engineering, with a strong focus on layout and surveying control.
  • Technically Proficient: You are proficient in Revit and comfortable using Excel and other construction technology tools.
  • Educated Professional: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Detail-Oriented: You possess exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • A Strong Communicator: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with the project team.
  • A High Performer: You are highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with high-rise construction projects.
Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 based on prior experience
  • Career Growth: Opportunities for career advancement within the company, including potential for progression to Field Engineer, Superintendent, or Project Manager roles.
