Job Description

Selectek is looking for an Estimator/Jr. Project Manager to begin working with a great client of ours in the Abilene, TX area immediately. This candidate should have a background in upstream equipment which includes pressure vessels, piping, tanks, separators and heaters.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Familiar with Fabrication, welding, assembly, and labor costing
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for manufacturing quotes.
  • Research and analyze historical data, market trends, and industry standards to ensure accurate cost estimates.
  • Assist with preparing comprehensive bid proposals.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating principals.
  • Ability to read P&ID and engineering drawings
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred

Pay Rate: $38/hr - $40.87/hr
Term: 6 months temp to perm
Location: Abilene, TX 79606
