Job description: We have a client in the Sterling VA area that has an immediate need for an Estimator for exhibit fabrication projects.

This is a direct hire/permanent position.
The pay range is $80,000-$95,000 Salary.
Required:
- 1-2 years’ experience in fabrication industry or related field.
- Proficient with Office 365, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP’s.
- Must have at least +2 years of experience in estimating exhibits projects.
- Media/AV estimating experience.
- Exhibit fabrication experience.
- Must be organized, quality-conscious, detail-oriented, Ability to manage multiple projects, take initiative in solving problems, and interact with co-workers, vendors, and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Job details:
Candidates will be responsible for:
- Written Communications--business emails, proposals, and scopes of work.
- Requires identification and estimating of cabinetry, cases, graphics, lighting, painting, metal fabrication, conceptual design, detailing, interactives, audio–visual equipment and production.
- Sourcing, vendor/subcontractor qualifications.
- Assist in development of contract exceptions, scope of work, preparation of copy for proposals, and other company protections.
- Data gathering: Assist in the gathering of data and info that will aid in bid analysis and improve future pricing.

I Graduated from Georgia Southern in 2006 with a degree in sport management. Shortly after graduating I started my career selling gym memberships and then transitioned into the staffing industry where I have been for 13 years now.
