Job Description

Location: Jonesboro, GA
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hr (Direct Hire Salary: $52K–$56K)

We’re seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in manufacturing to join a family-owned, industry-leading foodservice equipment company on the southside of Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret specifications and blueprints to estimate labor and material costs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure project accuracy.
  • Prepare bids and pricing for custom fabrication products.
  • Maintain and update cost and estimating data.
  • Support the Estimating Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of manufacturing/industry experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Computer proficiency; experience with Infor or similar software preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprint drawings is a plus.
  • Military procurement or commercial construction estimating experience is a bonus.
Work Schedule & Benefits:
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST
  • Environment: Business casual, on-site role (no travel or remote work).
  • Overtime Available (paid at 1.5x).
