Job Description

Our client, in Greenwood Village, CO, is looking for an Estimating Professional to work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities, and other state of the art manufacturing and research facilities.

Required:
  • 5+ years of estimating experience
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
  • Experience at working both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment is essential
  • Analytical/problem-solving capabilities
  • Conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Promptly and efficiently react to project changes, remaining flexible to change
  • Adept at researching and resolving project-related issues
  • Proficient using MS Excel and MS Word
  • Demonstrated knowledge of estimating tools

Preferred:
  • Experience with InEight estimating software

Term: Long Term Contract
Payrate: $47.00 - $73.00 per hour (depending on experience)
