Needed immediately: An Estimator in Braselton, GA.  

Required: 

• Plan reading expertise and specification review experience.
• Electronic take-off experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including technical documents.
• Spatial understanding of building plans in three dimensions.
• Experience in estimating engineered building products.
• Experience in developing successful quotations and create competitive advantages.
• Industry-related degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• CAD skills a plus.

 

Job  Details: 

Estimator’s role includes quantity survey, specification analysis, review of likely competitor’s product offerings, preparation of quotes and proposals and collaboration with Regional Managers and Independent Representatives to develop competitive and profitable quotations for targeted projects.
