Our client is currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager.  

Summary:
Our client is a leader in the oil and gas industry and is has a project that is requiring the expertise of an experienced Project Manager.  With this role the potential candidate will be expected to help with:
  • Creating long- and short-term plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
  • Serving as point of contact for teams when multiple disciplines are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Communicating with executives and clients to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 3+ years’ experience in engineering project management for industrial projects  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Project or ERP software
Preferred:
  • PMP Certification
  • PE License
  • Master’s degree in engineering
  • Oil and gas project experience

Pay Rate:
  • $40 –  $57/hr, dependent on experience
