Role Overview:
  • Lead & Grow: Manage and expand a team of water resource professionals and support staff
  • Project Delivery: Oversee project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to standards
  • Assessment & Analysis: Conduct thorough water resources assessments and interpret environmental data
  • Model Development: Develop, review, and apply various hydrologic and hydraulic models
  • Reporting & Proposals: Prepare and present scientific reports, proposals, and marketing plans
  • Professional Engagement: Participate actively in relevant professional organizations

What We’re Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Geology (Hydrogeology), or a similar Hydro Science field
  • Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental regulations
  • Certification: Registered Professional Engineer, Geologist, or Hydrologist
  • Expertise: Experience with regulatory frameworks (MFLs, TMDLs, BMAPs) and permitting processes
  • Skills: Proficiency in modeling software and experience with public utilities and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Citizenship: Must be a US citizen or permanent resident

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree
  • Familiarity with West Central Florida potable water suppliers and municipalities
