Job Description

Selectek is seeking an Architectural Designer for a contract-to-permanent position. Our partnering company, located in Ocala, Florida, needs candidates with strong backgrounds with residential projects. 

Employment Type: Contract-to-Direct
Expected Pay Range: $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience and certification level
Location: Ocala, FL

Job Requirements:
  • AutoCAD Experience (AutoCAD Architectural is preferred)
  • Architectural Design/Drafting experience
  • Production Drawings
  • Minimum 5 years' experience is preferred
  • Residential experience is preferred
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Details: Candidates in this role will create production drawings for an architectural firm.  The building types will include: medical offices, warehouses, metal buildings, and wood buildings.  This work will be done in AutoCAD.  If the candidate has the ability to work on conceptual drawings, that may be a part of their duties as well.  

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p. Work from home flexibility will be considered at the firm's discretion.
