Job Description

Our well-established partner/client is looking to add an experienced land survey technician to their team.  The qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and will be able to work under the direction of the project manager on land development and public infrastructure projects. 
Duties will include:
  • Preparation of ALTA/NSPS Surveys
  • Preparation of Boundary and Topographic Surveys
  • Preparation of Final Plats
Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge requirements:
  • Certification as an LSIT in Georgia is preferred, but not required
  • minimum of 2 years of recent experience
  • Must be proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Must be proficient with field survey procedures
  • Must be familiar with the MS Office software suite
  • Ability to work within a team as well as an individual
  • Attention to detail, organized, strong analytical skills
  • A clean driving record is required
Salary Range-$50,000-$62,000
Location-Norcross, must be able to work in office
