Job Description


We have a client in Louisville KY that has an immediate need for a Planning specialist who will be responsible for managing Schedules for field services and project managers.
  • Must have Smartsheet or Excel experience with knowledge of Pivot Tables
  • Prepare Gantt Charts for Clear Communication of Jobs Task and timelines
  • Audit Daily Progress Logs for continuous improvements
  • Identify Scope changes changed orders and corrective actions
  • Lead Weekly meetings with Supervisor and Project Managers 
  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Knowledge of the entire suite of Microsoft products
  • Acquire and apply Smartsheet/Excel skills to support and improve planning processes
