Job Description


Mechanical Designer
with Sheet Metal experience 

Pay Range:
  • $25 – 30/hr, dependent on experience

Summary:
  • In this role you will utilize Solidworks to provide support for all departments by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches and diagrams of sheet metal equipment.
  • Draft detailed multi-view drawings of manufactured products.
  • Communicate with sales and manufacturing regarding new and revised prints.
Requirements:
  • 1-5 years’ of Solidworks experience
  • 1-5  Years’ experience in sheet metal manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and understand Architectural drawings
  • Has a solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with design terminology
  • Possesses mechanical aptitude with ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
