Job Description


Tax Map Specialist 

This person must be experienced in AutoCAD. 


Pay Range:
  • $25 – 30/hr, dependent on experience

Summary:
  • This person will be using AutoCAD for the construction of municipal digital tax maps for New Jersey municipal/county clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience with New Jersey tax map regulations
  • Experience creating tax maps for municipalities using AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of NJ MOD-IV system
  • Detailed knowledge of and compliance with the NJ Division of Taxation Digital Tax Map Standards
  • Ability to interpret surveys, deeds, file maps, and other tax map related sources
  • Working understanding of land surveying principles
