Job Description

Our client, a large commercial builder, has an opportunity for a Structural Drafter.  You'll play a key role in our Austell, GA office, preparing shoring drawings and structural designs for multi-story concrete structures.

You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered. 

What You'll Do:
  • Leverage your AutoCAD expertise to create and maintain detailed construction drawings.
  • Prepare applicable calculations. 
  • Partner with engineers to develop shoring plans and structural designs, ensuring the safety and integrity of our buildings.
  • Prepare production-ready drawings used directly by field crews.
  • Collaborate with field staff and participate in inspections.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • A solid understanding and ability to perform basic structural analysis calculations.
  • Previous experience in the engineering or design of concrete buildings or structures.

Terms: 6-month contract to direct hire
Rate: $25/hr. - $33/hr. W2
