Civil Designer – Civil 3D Expert Wanted

We’re seeking a driven Civil Designer to support engineering, real estate, legal, and construction teams in the development of commercial properties. You’ll be at the heart of drafting, editing, and preparing design solutions that directly shape the future of store development projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Produce high-quality civil design plans—up to 10 per week—with speed and precision
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on engineering and legal processes
  • Support acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments to bring projects to life

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Surveying (preferred)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Civil 3D (2020 or newer)
  • Field experience in construction or pre-construction processes (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management software
  • Ability to design in 3D within a 2D space with high standards and speed
  • PE, IE, or EIT credentials are a plus
