Lead Conveyor Product Engineer

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experience bulk material handling conveyor engineer. This position is a leadership engineering role that will work closely with the VP of Engineering and Director of Projects to coordinate the execution of all engineering deliverables on a given project ensuring that the technical package(s) for conveyor projects are both on time and accurate.  The individual will coordinate project activities with the support Engineers.  The engineer will be directly responsible for coordinating activities utilizing 3rd party engineering disciplines with the team. 

Required:
  • 5 plus years professional experience in bulk material handling Conveyor engineering and design
  • 5 plus years professional experience using Solidworks, AutoCAD, and Belt Analyst
  • Knowledgeable in heavy industrial equipment including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components, steel fabrication and AISC painting requirements
  • Leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering highly preferred.
