Selectek is seeking a talented Project Manager to join a growing Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm in the north Atlanta metro area. This contract-to-hire opportunity allows you to leverage your land development expertise to deliver exceptional projects, from concept to completion.

Note: You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead a small team through the entire project lifecycle, encompassing design, permitting, and construction observation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping projects on schedule and exceeding expectations.
  • Design high-quality plans and reports for residential, commercial, and institutional projects, utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Perform technical calculations, prepare field reports, and oversee construction activities.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Possesses a strong background in land development design, including roads, storm drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
  • Thrives in a collaborative setting, building strong relationships with team members.
  • Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Engineering Technology (BSCET).
  • EI/EIT certification.
  • 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.
