Job Description
Our client has an immediate need for an administrative professional to join their team as an Engineering Coordinator. This role will provide clerical and data entry support to the engineering team. Ideally candidates will have a background working with engineering documents (Autocad files and Bill of Materials)
Essential Responsibilities:
Term:Â 6 Months Temp to Direct
Pay:Â $18.00/hour
Location:Â Hampton, GA 30228
Hours:Â M-F 8-5, Can start at 7:30am

Essential Responsibilities:
- Performs general clerical and data entry duties for the engineering team.
- Loading bills-of-materials
- Advance release of live parts
- Printing drawings from digital files
- Scanning drawings/other documents, filing tracings, maintaining records and databases
- Processing EEI’s and delivering them to production several times a day.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as required.
- May be asked to provide occasional back-up duties for other departments.
- Must have the ability to make numerous deliveries per day, up and down stairs, to the production area.
- Associates or Technical degree in business or related field.
- 1 plus year supporting engineering teams
- Data Entry Experience
- Microsoft Suite Experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with AutoCAD drawings/Bill of Materials
