Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in industrial power and lighting design. This role involves designing power distribution, instrumentation & control systems, lighting, and security systems for industrial and pharmaceutical facilities. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and be on track to obtain their PE license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design electrical power distribution systems for industrial facilities.
  • Work with instrumentation, controls, and lighting communication systems.
  • Develop control strategies for process and building systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
  • PE license preferred (or ability to obtain within 1-2 years).
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical design for industrial projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Work Environment:
  • $100K-$120K+ salary (higher for strong candidates).
  • Location: Burlington, NJ 08016
  • Hybrid schedule – in-office Monday & Thursday, remote Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
  • Business casual environment.
  • No travel required.
