Selectek is partnering with a company in Alpharetta, Georgia to find an Electrical Designer. This company specializes in industrial projects for the oil and gas industry.
Employment Type: Contract-to-Permanent
Expected Pay Range: $26-$30 per hour, dependent on experience
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia
Job Requirements:
-Â 3+ years of experience in electrical design
- Proficient in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical

Job Details:
- Develops complete Electrical drawing designs using AutoCAD amd AutoCAD Electrical to create single power diagrams, schematics, interconnect diagrams, panel layouts and bill of materials.Â
-Â Â Develops conduit and cable tray layouts, conduit and cable schedules, performs conduit and cable tray fill calculations, and generates cable and wire interconnection reports.Â
-Â Â Creates drawings for Electrical enclosures, equipment, instruments, and installations details. Â Â Â
-  Creates and revises P&ID’s and Hazardous Area Classification drawings.Â
-Â Â Plans, details, schedules work and final delivery of drawingsÂ
-Â Â Outlines, sets up, organizes, and maintains project drawings according to applicable standards.Â
-Â Â Willingness to perform site visits to create sketches, red lines, and gather information for as built. Â Â
-Â Â Performs design coordination, drawings reviews, and create mark ups for drafters. Â
