Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $80,000 - $105,000+

We are seeking an experienced Drainage Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role involves hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, cross-drain design, stormwater management facilities, and floodplain compensation analysis. You'll play a critical role in developing drainage solutions, mentoring junior staff, and building client relationships in the dynamic Tampa and Orlando regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis.
  • Design cross-drains, stormwater management facilities, and best management practices for erosion control.
  • Prepare drainage reports, technical documents, and permitting documents.
  • Serve as Drainage Engineer of Record, ensuring FDOT standards are met.
  • Conduct field reviews and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in land development or FDOT drainage design.
  • Registered PE (preferred).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and FDOT design software.
  • Knowledge of StormWise (ICPR4) hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
