We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Drafter with exceptional Revit skills to join our team in Bessemer, Alabama. Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our projects by creating accurate and detailed drawings using Revit software. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with engineers and architects to transform concepts into precise technical drawings.
  • Producing 2D and 3D drawings using Revit.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all drafted plans.
  • Meeting project deadlines and milestones.
  • Assisting with MEP detailing tasks (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) when required.
  • Demonstrating critical thinking skills to solve drafting challenges.
  • Managing your time effectively to balance multiple projects.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using Revit.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferences:
  • While not mandatory, the following qualifications and experiences are highly desirable:
  • 1 year or more of work experience with Revit.
  • Experience with MEP detailing.
  • Associates or related drafting degree.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to solve complex drafting problems.
Pay Range:
  • 40K- 55K
Shift and Hours:
  • Monday- Friday
  • 8 AM- 5 PM
